Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
  • We use Australia Post and Couriers for all orders depending on your location.

  • In stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • If an item is out of stock please contact us to discuss delivery times. Most out of stock items ship within 2 - 3 weeks.

  • All personalised items such as candles and boxes dispatch in 1-2 weeks. Please leave adequate time to allow for delivery.

  • It is highly recommended that personalised boxes are collected as they are fragile and pose a risk in the delivery process.

  • Please note standard Australia Post and couriers now take longer to deliver and can take 3-5 days.

  • Any international orders need to contact us first to quote international shipping.

  • Free pick up is available from Melrose Park - Ryde.

  • Please contact us to arrange a pick up time

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Angelic Moment strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we take special care to check all items prior to shipping to ensure they are perfect before despatch.  Please check size charts before placing your order or contact us to check measurements before despatch.

  • If an issue arises with size we offer the following:

    • Exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, excluding delivery charges.

    • Items are to be returned within 5 days

    • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

    • Exchange shipping is the buyers responsibility

    • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, be unworn, unused and with all tags and parts intact. If the product is deemed to be in used condition, it will be returned to you and you will be liable for all additional shipping costs.

  • No refunds or exchange on SALE items

  • No Refunds or Exchange on Christening and Holy Communion Gowns

  • Customised and personalised items  are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
